Registration to attend the ACSA 2009 National Conference is now open.
Registration Information
Registrations can be made by completing the registration form and returning via fax or post to the Conference Secretariat. Registrations can also be submitted online.
Registrations will not be accepted over the telephone or without completing the required paper work.
Registration Fees
All prices quoted in this brochure are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Registration Fee Entitlements
Member, Non Member, Discounted and Full Time Student Registrations include the following:
- Attendance at all Conference sessions
- Access to the Trade Exhibition during advertised times
- Morning and afternoon teas
- Conference lunches
- Name badge
- Delegate satchel
- Conference program booklet
- Conference materials
- Welcome Reception ticket
The Conference Gala Dinner is a separate social function and is NOT included in the Full Registration. Tickets can be purchased via the registration form.
Discounted Registration
If you register 4 or more delegates from the one organisation, the registration will be discounted to $775 per person.
This discounted group registration only applies to the following:
- Delegates from a single organisation (larger metropolitan provider)
- Country local/regional ‘groupings’ (providers from specific regional locations or country towns)
- Metropolitan ‘groupings’ of smaller providers
Registrations received under 2 or 3 above must be coordinated and paid for by one organisation. When registering the lead organisation must identify all other organisations that are party to the ‘grouping’ arrangement. Only genuinely small metropolitan providers should consider registering under this arrangement.
Single Day Registration includes the following:
- Attendance at the Conference sessions for the day of registration
- Morning and afternoon teas, lunch and access to the Trade Exhibition on the nominated day
- Name badge
- Delegate satchel
- Conference program booklet
- Conference materials
Social functions are NOT included. Social function tickets can be purchased via the registration form.
Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Please be advised that registrations will not be confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque, electronic banking or credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
All cheques are to be made payable to “Aged & Comm Serv WA Inc – Confer 2009”.
Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend the Conference, a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, EECW Pty Ltd.
1. A full refund, less a cancellation fee of $110 will be made on those received before 13 July 2009.
2. A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on cancellations received between 13 July 2009 and 12 August 2009.
3. No refund will be made after 12 August 2009.
4. All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference.
