The Perth Convention Exhibition Centre (PCEC) has been confirmed as the venue for the ACSA 2009 National Conference.

The Centre is situated in the heart of the beautiful city of Perth within an easy walking distance of the major hotels, businesses, restaurants and retail districts and offers a range of transport options.

With its advanced technical facilities and communication infrastructure as well as first class catering and service, the PCEC meets all the requirements needed for an enjoyable and productive working environment and is undoubtedly an ideal host venue for the 2009 ACSA Conference.

Booking Information

Deposit

Payment for one night's accommodation or a credit card number is required to secure your booking. Please note that any bookings that have not advised either a credit card number or one night's deposit by 28 August 2009 cannot be guaranteed. Delegates are required to settle their own accounts including any incidentals incurred upon check out.

Preferences

May we please ask that you indicate your first 3 preferences of hotels when booking accommodation via the registration form. Limited rooms are available at each hotel and we recommend that accommodation be booked early.

Deadlines

We encourage delegates to book accommodation well in advance as hotels impose strict release dates for block accommodation bookings, all rooms are released 30 days prior to the meeting and therefore accommodation bookings requested after 14 August 2009 will need to be secured by delegates through the hotels directly.

Change of Booking

Amendments to accommodation including hotels, check in/out dates, room type etc will only be accepted in writing.

Early Arrival or Late Departure

Requests for early check in or late check out must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Please note that early check in's may require the booking of an additional room night prior to guarantee immediate access to hotel rooms.

Terminology

"Double Room" refers to a room with one Double/Queen Bed occupied by two people
"Twin Room" refers to a room with two Single Beds
"Single Room" refers to a room with one Double/Queen Bed occupied by one person only
